Abstract

This study examines the relationship between IT Development Level, Corporate Resilience, and Sustainable Performance in manufacturing firms. Drawing on Resource Orchestration Theory, the research analyzes how technological capabilities contribute to organizational resilience and long-term performance outcomes. Data were collected from 304 manufacturing companies through a structured survey. The hypotheses were tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicate that IT Development Level has a significant positive effect on Corporate Resilience and Sustainable Performance. Furthermore, Corporate Resilience strongly influences Sustainable Performance and acts as a key mechanism linking digital capabilities to sustainability outcomes. The findings highlight the importance of effectively managing and integrating digital resources to strengthen organizational adaptability and maintain multidimensional performance in turbulent environments.
