Abstract

By tracing the history of the local workwear styles, and from an inclusive design perspective, this article collects and analyzes the elemental characteristics of the new workwear design, focusing on the aesthetic qualities and epoch connotation. It digs into the design expression of workwear styles from aspects like materials, colors and profiling, by which it discusses the embodiment of the beauty of orderliness in the modular design and adaptive cutting of workwear, and analyzes the practice of sustainable beauty in the application of eco-friendly materials and extending the life cycle of workwear. Ultimately, it imposes historical value and humanistic care into the workwear styles, creating a new aesthetic paradigm that is practical, inclusive and fashionable, and bringing along breakthrough in the aesthetics of the new workwear styles.
